Affiliate Responsibilities - Promote BRS Footwear Consultant's services (Footwear Manpower Hiring Solution, Footwear Designing & Development Solution, Footwear Skill Development, and Footwear And Other Job Solution) using provided marketing materials and approved content. - Ensure all promotions are honest, accurate, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information received from BRS Enterprises. 4. Commission Structure - Affiliates will earn a commission for every successful referral that results in a sale or signed contract for our services. - The commission rate and payment terms will be outlined in the affiliate agreement signed upon acceptance into the program. - Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. 5. Prohibited Activities Affiliates must not: - Engage in misleading or deceptive advertising practices. - Use unsolicited emails or spam to promote our services. - Offer discounts, coupons, or any other promotional offers without prior approval from BRS Enterprises. - Bid on keywords including "BRS Footwear Consultant," "BRS Enterprises," or variations thereof in pay-per-click advertising campaigns. 6. Termination - BRS Enterprises reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause. - Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to BRS Enterprises. - Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities and remove any references to BRS Footwear Consultant from their platforms. 7. Modification of Terms - BRS Enterprises reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms. 8. Governing Law This affiliate policy and any disputes arising under it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, Agra.
